The Matriarch of Blonde, Leonie is the cog that keeps the wheels turning in the salon. Her attention to detail is what makes Blonde what it is.

Every element we have the pleasure of offering our visitors, along with the beautiful space we get to enjoy daily come from Leonie's vision and tireless work to bring it to life and maintain it. 

Leonie brings energy, confidence and a big smile to Blonde, she thrives on keeping busy and taking on new tasks and challenges, from home renovation to new ideas for the salon. 

After many years behind the chair she is stepping back and taking more time to support her team and focus on staff wellbeing.

Long standing Blondie, Nadia has lead the team from day one.

Passionate about the growth of her team she gets great satisfaction passing down her knowledge and educating our next generation of stylists.  

Outside of the salon you will find her eating, drinking and heading off to explore everything the world has to offer. In the salon she gets a kick from beautifying blondes, whether it be lived in or high impact.

Nadia brings the banter and although she’s serious about hair she isn’t too serious about much else.

This kooky yet nurturing soul is the “mum” of Blonde. A passionate vegan and animal activist Jules leads a sustainable life and wears her heart on her sleeve.

Always kind, caring and dedicated to ensuring every person she looks after in the salon leaves feeling heard and a little lighter.

After 38 years in the industry, her technical colour knowledge will make you think she is a mad scientist but cutting hair is her absolute jam. From curly hair to sharp and precise styles, to adventurous and boundary breaking, she has the magic hands that your hair is longing for. 

Don’t let her poker face fool you, Rennae is gentle and sensitive with a little side of sass. Timid to begin with but once she is out of her shell you wont be able to get her to stop talking.  

Rennae is newly qualified and honing in on perfecting her skill set. Continuing to educate herself, she is studious and a perfectionist by nature.

Rennae works methodically and delivers beautiful classic hair, her big strong blowdrys will make you feel so fabulous you wont be able to help but do a hair flip.

Our girl Georgia-May is a little pocket rocket, she loves a chat, a cheeky Riesling and to make people feel good about themselves.

Her inquisitive, friendly and understanding nature is sure to make you enjoy your time in the chair.  

Newley qualified, G-May has the passion and drive to ensure she builds a set of skills that will see her flourish into a fabulous stylist.

She is dedicated to delivering exactly what you envision for your hair and is currently diving into every education and training course she can get her hands on. 

Our bubbly emerging stylist Tia makes a mean coffee, loves a chat and has mastered a beautiful blow-dry!

Having recently moved to Adelaide from country Victoria to become a hairdresser she is eager to learn everything the industry has to offer!  

Tia has always loved sports and has a competitive streak, but we think she has a kind nature and that sweet country soul that will just make you smile.

Being a dancer for 10+ years she is no stranger to hard work and we’re looking forward to seeing the stylist she blossoms into!

Tessa is our sausage-dog-obsessed, cheese & wine lover. And, as head of house, she is our go to organisation chick!

Coming from a hairdressing background, she knows just what is needed to for your service to run smoothly. From the moment you call to make your appointment to when you have finished with your stylist and have your new 'do. 

You will find her floating through the salon, looking after our clients and our team, taking photos for social media and managing our stock.

We like to call her our fairy that saves the day so the team can devote their undivided attention to you!
